Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using NDA Rank Up, you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission to use the platform. If you're signing up on behalf of an institute, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for that institute.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Each account may be signed in on one device at a time — a new login signs out any other active session, by design, so if you're unexpectedly signed out, check whether someone else logged in with your credentials.
You must provide accurate information when you sign up. We may suspend or deactivate an account that we reasonably believe was created with false information, or that's shared between multiple people.
3. Test attempts
Once a timed test attempt starts, its duration, question set, and scoring rules (including any negative marking) are fixed for that attempt. An attempt auto-submits when its time expires, and answers you've saved up to that point are scored as final.
Self-tests you build yourself draw from the same question bank but are for your own practice — they don't contribute to any institute-assigned or leaderboard ranking unless the test itself is explicitly a ranked one.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans and top-ups grant access to the limits and features described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we don't store your card or bank details ourselves. See our Refund Policy for when a refund is available.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to circumvent test-taking integrity features — timers, session locks, negative-marking enforcement, or single-device login.
- Share, copy, screenshot, or redistribute question content, solutions, or reports outside the platform.
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) against the platform, or attempt to access another user's account or another institute's data.
- Impersonate another person, or provide false information when creating an account or self-assessment.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund where the violation involves fraud or abuse.
6. Institute (B2B) accounts
An institute that onboards students in bulk is responsible for having the appropriate consent (from students or their guardians) to add them, and for the accuracy of the information it provides on their behalf. Institute billing, seat limits, and cohort features may be governed by an additional commercial agreement between the institute and us.
7. Intellectual property
The question bank, worked solutions, analytics, and platform software remain our property (or that of our licensors). Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own exam preparation — not to republish, resell, or use them to train another product.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Projected percentiles, rank estimates, and AI-generated insights are estimates based on your own attempt data — they are not a guarantee of your result in any real exam. We provide the platform "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
9. Termination
You may deactivate your own account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate an account for a violation of section 5, or if required by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competence over our place of business.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent via the contact form on our homepage.
